Custom Practices and Lifestyle Content
Classes are crafted to share the variety of ways yoga is practiced. Delivering everyday tools that are easy to use.
Yoga as Technique
Begin, maintain, or advance your connection to a physical practice of yoga through the use of Posture, Breathwork, and, Meditation. Practices can be dynamic, restorative, or conditioning, are meant for all levels of practitioner and may include hands on adjustments in person as well as Mantra and Mudra.
Yoga as Lifestyle
Learn how to utilize cleansing practices; Shatkarmas and routines; Dinacharya (daily) or Ritucharya (seasonal) to clear and optimize the body and mind. Gain meal plans and nutritional education from an Ayurvedic lens to fuel your Dosha (elemental constitution) and dietary requirements. All creating health, vitality and an overall well being for your individual needs.
Yoga as Healing
All levels of our being can experience a need for healing; Physical, Energetic, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual. It is an opportunity to let go of holdings, reset, recharge and recover. Supported through Breathwork, Energy or Sound Healing, Therapeutic Posture (bodywork), Yoga Nidra or any combination of.
